We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, but we do not guarantee that your screen’s display of color will match the product exactly (we’re candle makers, not magicians.)

4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to:

Cancel or refuse any order for any reason

Limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per household

All payments are securely processed through Shopify or authorized third-party providers.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship from Scottsdale, Arizona. Shipping timelines may vary depending on your location and order volume. Once shipped, Ryan Mae Design is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

You will receive tracking details once your order has been processed.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns of new, unused candles within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please email hello@ryanmaedesign.com. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Returns will be refunded to your original form of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that custom or final sale items are not eligible for return.

All content on this site — including product names, photography, logos, text, and design — is the exclusive property of Ryan Mae Design and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

8. Wholesale Terms
