At Ryan Mae, each candle is hand-poured in small batches with care. We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat rate shipping of $8.95 on all U.S. orders under $100.

U.S. orders of $100 or more qualify for free shipping.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or other reputable carriers based on your location.

Typical delivery time is 3–7 business days after shipping.

Delivery Issues

Once your order has been shipped and tracking details provided, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the carrier or factors beyond our control.
