At Ryan Mae, we stand behind the quality of our candles and the intention behind every scent. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns of new, unused candles within 14 days of delivery. 

To be eligible for a return:

The candle must be in its original, unused condition

The packaging must be intact and undamaged

Proof of purchase is required

Please note, we do not accept returns on candles that have been lit, used, or altered in any way.

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
